Haus of Codec Welcomes Three New Board Members

We are excited to introduce three outstanding new members of the Board of Directors at Haus of Codec: Grace Pine, Felicia Risick, and Rodrigo N. DaSilva. Each of them brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to further our work, and we are excited to have them on board.

Grace Pine (she/her) | Board Member at Large

Grace is a passionate advocate for inclusive spaces, equity, and connection. At Washington Trust, she serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and chairs the Pride Employee Resource Group, building belonging for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies every day. Outside of work, Grace is deeply rooted in Rhode Island's nonprofit sector. She is an active member of the Imperial Court of Rhode Island, has helped raise thousands of dollars for charitable causes, and was honored with the organization's 2026 President's Award. She holds a BA in Media and Communication Studies from Johnson & Wales University and is currently pursuing her MBA there as well. Grace brings energy, creativity, and a deep commitment to uplifting LGBTQIA+ people. We are so glad she is here.

Felicia Risick | Board Member at Large

Felicia is a behavioral healthcare executive and operations strategist with more than two decades of leadership experience. She most recently served as Division President for a national behavioral health organization, overseeing strategic growth, clinical partnerships, and full operational and financial performance across a large multi-state network. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a certificate in Executive Leadership from the Wharton School.

Alongside her executive career, Felicia is the co-owner of Church of Aurora and co-founder of SweetFire Productions, where she produces immersive events and programming for independent artists and queer creatives right here in Providence. She brings boardroom-level thinking and genuine roots in this city, and that combination is exactly what this work needs.

Rodrigo N. DaSilva | Treasurer, Finance & Audit Committee Chair

Rodrigo brings over nine years of banking experience to our board, currently managing Washington Trust's East Providence location. He is deeply committed to the LGBTQIA+ people and organizations he lives and works alongside. As our treasurer, Rodrigo will help steward Haus of Codec's finances, counsel the board on investment decisions, and strengthen the financial foundation that makes our mission possible.

Together, Grace, Felicia, and Rodrigo deepen our ability to serve transition-age youth in Rhode Island with the leadership, vision, and care this work deserves. We are thrilled to have their expertise and hearts at the table.
